To the extent necessary, you also acknowledge, by using the website, having read this privacy policy and agreeing to its contents. However, certain processing, such as for (internal) direct marketing purposes, is based on the so-called basis of the "balanced legitimate interest" which Staenis has in such processing. For example, you will have to provide certain personal data (contact details) in order to enter into a contract with us.
The personal data you provide will also be used for the following purposes: our customer management, order processing, sending newsletters, to keep you informed of our activities, advertising and/or marketing purposes.
You have a legal right to access your personal data. Subject to proof of identity (copy of front of identity card), you can obtain a written, dated and signed request to Staenis at the above address or by email to [email protected], free of charge, for the written communication of your personal data. If necessary, you can also ask to correct or delete data that is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant. At the latest from 25 May 2018, you also have the right to have your personal data "restricted", to withdraw your consent for those processing operations that are not based on any other grounds (need for performance of the agreement, legal obligation or the so-called "balanced legitimate interest") and to have your personal data transferred. For more information on these rights, you can always contact us or consult the website of the Privacy Commission (Data Protection Authority).
